So you DID OVERINDULGE...now what?

I will admit, I also fell "off the wagon" so to speak with my eating during Christmas eve, and day. I was very upset to fall back into an old habit of a "sugar binge" that I thought I left behind me three years ago. My boyfriend was away and my kids were with their dad Christmas eve overnight, so I was alone, which is HIGHLY unusual for me. I ran errands and then trained one of my jewish clients Christmas eve, who gave me a box of expense chocolates (I know she was being nice). I planned on bringing them into work, because I can't eat sugar (causes binges) and I gave up dairy almost completely when I became vegetarian.
After cleaning the house, wrapping more presents, and a few glasses of wine, I thought it wouldn't be a big deal to eat just the DARK chocolates...yeah right!!! Did I mention PMS? After eating about 7 of the 9 chocoaltes (made with milk) I threw out the rest of the chocolate....boy was I upset!!! And yes, It triggered  the "what the heck" response the next day when the deserts came out. So how did I FIX this? BODY ATTACK!!!! I went to the gym and took the body attack class on  both saturday and sunday, and then did it on my own again on Monday. I feel back to normal now:) If you overindulged, just get up and do something about it:)
